The following notes are part of the contract between the customer and AMR:<\/p>\n
We recommend you to book your transportation early. The request can be made online, by phone or e-mail. Late bookings are possible if we are not already fully booked.<\/p>\n
Up to 30 days before transportation the cancellation is free. Later cancellations are charged with the following cancellation costs as a percentage of the invoice totals.
\n29 – 15 days before: 20%
\n14 – 08 days before: 40%
\n07 – 01 days before: 80%
\nCancellation on the day of travel \/ no show: 100%
\nEarly, weather-related moves are treated fairly by appointment.<\/p>\n
Waiting time will be charged after 30 minutes of waiting at the airport. VAT and all road taxes are included in the prices.<\/p>\n
For large fluctuations, fuel price increases, or influence by force majeure, we reserve the right to adjust package prices.<\/p>\n
We assume no liability for any damage, loss or theft of luggage and contents.<\/p>\n
Customers are personally responsible for the entrainment of travel documents (ID, passport) as well as keeping the passport, visa and customs regulations.<\/p>\n
