Additional costs may apply for example for waiting times. These are communicated in advance. In the case of spontaneous changes to the plan, the driver informs the possible additional costs with the guests.
Pets may be transported in suitable transport boxes. Please inform us about your pet when you are booking.
Our vehicles are not specifically wheelchair accessible. If you can move to another seat and your wheelchair is foldable, the transport still works. The larger vehicles can maybe even transport non-folding wheelchairs.
Our drivers speak German and English.
