Terms and Conditions
The following notes are part of the contract between the customer and AMR:
Registrations
We recommend you to book your transportation early. The request can be made online, by phone or e-mail. Late bookings are possible if we are not already fully booked.
Cancellations
Up to 30 days before transportation the cancellation is free. Later cancellations are charged with the following cancellation costs as a percentage of the invoice totals.
29 – 15 days before: 20%
14 – 08 days before: 40%
07 – 01 days before: 80%
Cancellation on the day of travel / no show: 100%
Early, weather-related moves are treated fairly by appointment.
Waiting Times
Waiting time will be charged after 30 minutes of waiting at the airport. Waiting time will be charged after 30 minutes of waiting at any other place, such as restaurants, consulates, WEF, banks, etc. The price is CHF 80.00/hour.
VAT / Road Taxes
VAT and all road taxes are included in the prices.
Fluctuations etc.
For large fluctuations, fuel price increases, or influence by force majeure, we reserve the right to adjust package prices.
Luggage
We assume no liability for any damage, loss or theft of luggage and contents.
Entry Papers
Customers are personally responsible for the entrainment of travel documents (ID, passport) as well as keeping the passport, visa and customs regulations.
