Applications for driver
We are always happy to accept new applications for driver category D1E and DE.
Apply by mail vip@amrlimo.ch with your CV and the copies (front and back) of your driving license, driver card and driver qualification card.
Here is some information on the statutory prerequisites for you to work as a driver category D1E or DE:
You need category D1 or D in the driving license. The category alone is not enough for professional drivers, you also need additional codes and certificates. Without code 121 and CZV you are only allowed to drive category D1 and D vehicles privately, but not as a professional driver or for commercial passenger transport.
BPT (Professional Passenger Transport) also called Code 121. This code is needed because you transport people for us.
CZV also called driver qualification card. This is a green additional card, which is valid for 5 years. Before it expires, you must have attended 5 CZV courses again.
In addition, AMR requires the driver card and category E for trailers:
If you have not yet taken a trailer exam, please get the learner permit from the Road Traffic Office, then you must complete the exam within 2 years.
The driver card is a white additional card with chip needed to operate the digital tachograph.
